Bose explains to him that Extratar has left them to see how things happen in the real world offices. Helmet feels that their world is a bit unnatural as Bose has thought of taking a candidate who does not have a good track record. Bose replies that he took him because he learnt a strategy of retaining existing customers from the new recruit.
